Mingle Max understands and supports the principal of fairness and human rights, we deliver our services within the legislative framework to ensure that services are delivered in an environment which is free from discrimination, sexual, emotional, financial and physical abuse neglect or exploitation.
We ensure all clients have access to a fair and transparent system for making complaint and for reporting any breach of their rights. Our service delivery is designed around Control and Choice model. It encourages you to receive services in a way that suits you and your family and offers you more control over the way your services are delivered.
